Standards compatibility
This website has been designed and programmed using the platform webControl CMS (http://www.webcontrol.es/), following the directives of the initiatives WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative, www.w3.org/wai), that marks some international standards for the creation of web content that is accessible to everyone.
Pautas de accesibilidad
Se han tomado diversas medidas para hacer el sitio web más accesible, entre ellas:
- Orden lógico de presentación de los elementos en pantalla.
- Sistema de navegación simplificado, no se utilizan menús desplegables.
- Texto descriptivo de las imágenes.
- Acceso mediante teclado a las opciones principales.
Atajos de teclado
La mayoría de los navegadores soportan ir directamente a enlaces específicos pulsando determinadas combinaciones de teclas (teclas de acceso) definidas en el sitio web.
Los distintos navegadores utilizan diferentes teclas para activar las accesos rápidos, como mostramos a continuación:
Internet Explorer: Alt + Tecla de acceso + Enter
Firefox: Alt + Shift + Tecla de acceso
Opera: Shift + Esc + Tecla de acceso
Están disponibles las siguientes teclas de acceso:
- 0 Accesibilidad
- 1 Página de Inicio
- 4 Búsqueda
- 8 Aviso legal
Enlaces
Los enlaces cuyo texto no describe completamente el destino tienen atributos title con una aclaración.
Cuando es posible, los enlaces se escriben de forma que tengan sentido fuera de contexto. Algunos navegadores (tales como JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera) pueden extraer la lista de enlaces de la página actual y permitir al usuario navegar desde esta lista. Teniendo esto en cuenta los enlaces no están duplicados y si lo están es porque acceden al mismo contenido.
No hay pseudo-enlaces javascript. Todos los enlaces pueden seguirse en cualquier navegador, incluso si javascript está desactivado.
Accessibility guidelines
A number of measures have been taken to make the website more accessible, among these:
- Logical order of the presentation of elements on the screen.
- Simplified navigation system.
- Drop-down menus are not used.
- Descriptive text for images.
- Keyboard shortcuts for the main options.
Keyboard shortcuts
The majority of browsers support following specific links directly through the use of a combination of keys (keyboard shortcuts) defined within the website: Internet Explorer: Alt + keyboard shortcuts+ Enter - Firefox: Alt + Shift + keyboard shortcuts - Opera: Shift + Esc + keyboard shortcuts

Links
The majority of links whose text does not completely describe their destination have title attributes providing clarification.
Where possible, links are written in such a way as to make sense in the absence of context. Some browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx and Opera) are able to extract a list of links from the current page and allow the user to browse from this list. Taking this into account, links are not duplicated and in such case that they are, they access the same content.
There are no JavaScript pseudo-links. All links can be followed by any browser, even if JavaScript is disabled.
